This year’s Maker Faire Delft – the inspirational maker festival for innovative robotics, circular design, interactive installations, demonstrations, workshops and much more – is looking for volunteers who want to help make this vibrant and inspiring event a success!
At the moment, we have enough applications of volunteers. It is therefore no longer possible to sign up as a volunteer.
Have you already signed up? Then, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Example tasks of a Maker Faire Volunteer include:
- Extra hands for the build-up
- Scanning tickets
- Supervising safety exits
- Staffing the information points
- Guiding school visits
- And plenty of other valuable tasks!
Volunteers get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how the Maker Faire is organised. In addition, as a thank you for contributing to our festival, we offer a compensation of €25 per shift. Of course, we’ll also provide tokens for food and drinks. Finally, all volunteers are invited to the inspiring Art & Tech Mixer, the networking event held after the Maker Faire.
In the week leading up to the Maker Faire, we’ll be holding a briefing for all volunteers, over a drink, so we can get to know each other.
