When does the event take place?
Due to the Corona virus, Maker Faire Delft is rescheduled for September.

 

Where does the event take place and how do I get there?
The location of the Faire is TU noord terrain. You can find this location by searching for Science Centre Delft.

By train
Exit Delft Station, from here Science Centre is a 20 minute walk. You can also proceed by bus.

 

By bus

The following bus lines stop close to the Science Centre Delft at Mijnbouwstraat 120:

  • 60 direction Nootdorp (Michiel de Ruyterweg)
  • 80 direction IKEA Delft (Michiel de Ruyterweg)

  • 121 direction Zoetermeer(halte Julianalaan)
  • 174 direction Rotterdam Noord (halte Julianalaan)

We advise you to use a public transport planner to find the fastest travel route.

Will there be any food or drink stands?
At the festival terrain there will be a food area where it’s possible to relax and enjoy some beverages and snacks. Please note: pin only.

 

Who will benefit from attending the Maker Faire?
The Maker Faire is for anyone who wants to be taken on a journey of discovery through the exciting world of ‘making’. It is a celebration of the Maker Movement for both makers and the public. Visitors will be inspired by intriguing new projects, innovative ideas, re-purposed ways to use materials and mind-blowing techniques.
